Just got home about 40mins, the first thing I did was to make my own kimchi(Korean pickled cabbage). I love it so much but I don’t want to depend on my Korean friends, so making my own would be my only choice. Actually, I have made one 2 months ago, but it turned out extremely salty, I could only boil them to make a beef stew. But this time I can guarantee it will turn out very good! Hopefully, it will be ready by the end of this week. Cheers!
